1. About Barqya
Barqya is a laptop repair and consultation platform operating across Pakistan. We provide:
- Remote Software Consultations — online sessions to diagnose and fix software issues
- Hardware Consultations — pickup, repair, and return of laptops with physical issues
- Laptop Sales — new and certified refurbished laptops available through our store

2. Using Our Website
When you use our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and honest information when booking or registering
- Not use the website for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our website or systems
- Not copy or reproduce our content without written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these rules.
3. Booking a Consultation
When you book a Software or Hardware Consultation with Barqya:
- You will receive a confirmation via email with your session details
- You are responsible for being available at the scheduled time
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance
- Barqya reserves the right to reschedule a session if an expert is unavailable, and we will notify you as soon as possible
For Hardware Consultations, you agree to hand over your laptop to our verified technician for pickup. You are responsible for backing up your data before the session — though we always take great care of your device.
4. Remote Session Rules
For Software Consultations, our technician connects to your laptop remotely. By booking a session, you confirm that:
- You are the owner of the device or have permission to authorize repairs
- You grant our technician temporary, limited access to your laptop for the purpose of diagnosis and repair only
- You understand that you can end the session at any time
- You will not request our technicians to perform any illegal or unethical actions during the session
Our technicians will never access your personal files without your explicit approval, and all sessions can be monitored by you in real time.
5. Payments
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- Payment is required at the time of booking or upon delivery, depending on the service
- We accept the payment methods listed on our website at checkout
- All transactions are processed securely. Barqya does not store your card or banking details
If there is a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to correct it and inform you before proceeding with your order.
6. Our Responsibility to You
We work hard to deliver quality service, but please understand:
- We cannot guarantee that every laptop issue can be fixed — some hardware faults may be beyond repair
- We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs during a repair session. Please back up your data beforehand
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service you paid for — we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses
We will always be transparent with you about what can and cannot be done before any work begins.
7. Laptop Sales
When purchasing a laptop or accessory through our store:
- Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible
- Refurbished laptops are tested and certified before sale, with any known faults clearly mentioned
- Orders are subject to availability

8. Intellectual Property
All content on barqya.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Barqya. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our written permission.
9. Third-Party Links

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use our services after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Pakistani law.
