Do I have to buy from Barqya to get support or repair?
No. Software sessions and hardware repairs are open to any device, bought anywhere. Your Barqya account simply keeps the history.
What exactly does the inspection fee cover?
Sealed pickup, condition documentation, component-level testing and a written diagnosis with itemised pricing. If you approve the repair, the fee becomes credit against it.
What if you find something else while repairing?
It comes back to you as a new approval with its own price and timeframe. We never widen the work silently.
How do you handle my data?
Storage is untouched during repair unless you ask us to work on it. Remote sessions are permission-based and you can end them instantly. Certified laptops are wiped to certificate before grading.
Are certified used laptops covered by warranty?
Yes — 10 days on every certified laptop, plus a 14-day return window and the full test sheet attached to the order.
